Good size room, comfortable bed, great views, well-stocked coffee/tea selection, daily replaced water, efficient housekeeping.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Shenzhen, had much fun. There is restaurant The Grill& Bar at the premises. I loved good breakfast selection. In fact, hotel offered modem internet access, but I didn't have time and did not try it well.

Will choose it for sure for next trip, would recomand it to others. Absolutely good location, it was an excellent experience. I loved the restaurant. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic outdoor pool and a fully-equipped gym. We appreciated the convenience of having lockers, towels, and flops provided. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering great value for the price. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation options, including a shuttle to downtown and the MTR, and this made it easy for us to explore the city and access other areas through affordable taxi rides.

The location was a bit far from where we needed to be. The pool is too cold.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near some restaurants and a metro station. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The gym is big and it's great to have that option available.

Breakfast can get crowded and the counters run out of food frequently.

The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna, were excellent. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options and the renovated breakfast area was modern and bright.

Customer service was horrific. No one helped us with our bags stepping out of the taxi. I made a complaint about being given the incorrect price at the front desk (later corrected), but was laughed at initially. The hotel was 5 star, but the customer service definitely wasn't.

Nice hotel with views over the river to HK. Nice staff and rooms. Good choice for breakfast. Shuttle bus to metro station and passport control for entering HK.

Shuttle bus not regular enough - just a few times a day at fixed times so reliant on taxis. Not much around the area within walking distance - restaurants, sights, etc.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is very well located, right in the center of the city. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including the gym, pool, and the breakfast spread. The hotel staff was very friendly and always available to help us. We also appreciated how the hotel had taxis waiting at the entrance, making transportation very convenient. This hotel is a great choice for those attending the Exhibition center or COCO Park shopping mall, as it saves time by cab.

The gym is really big, even better than a fitness center. The breakfast has alot of choice definately a plus.

The arrival was bad, staff is not so good, and everything was closed. I chose the hotel also for the swimmingpool and roof terrace, however both closed same as the 2 other restaurants. Probably because of chinese newyear, but at least it should be Informed on their website. The rooms are a bit old and outdated, however it is still clean. There supposed to be free shuttle to subway, but it seems to go every hour or even longer. Its 15 minutes walk to futian checkpoint station, and nothing around the hotel.
